Fernando Escaffi – MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment
Understand his passion and why our Loan Officers at Minted Capital Mortgage are the best at strategizing financing options for all kinds of Real Estate transactions.
Fernando Escaffi is the Owner & CEO of Minted Capital Mortgage. He has an Undergraduate Business Degree in Finance and also an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, Fernando brings a deep understanding of both residential and investment lending. He started his career in Real Estate in 2005 while attending undergraduate school, and his focus was on working with real estate investors to help provide creative financing strategies that helped his investor clients earn short-term and long-term returns while at the same time helping first-time home buyers get into their first homes. He then moved to working with a real estate firm that provided turn-key long-term rental properties for real estate investors nationwide throughout the US and also working with international investors wanting to acquire properties within the US in a growing real estate market (the Charlotte MSA).
While attending Graduate School and studying for his MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment, Fernando interned for a commercial real estate firm focusing on Multi-family investment property research and acquisition for real estate investment firms and clients.
He’s known for his integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to educating and training his loan officers and clients so they can make smart financial decisions. Our goal is to teach homebuyers how think and make moves like Real Estate Investors do. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Fernando ensures every client receives expert guidance and customized service.
